Molesey 89 all out AWCC 90 for 0

On a balmy day, Molesey won the toss and before long were in disarray at 25 for 4. Their lower order batsmen consolidated somewhat, but 89 on a benign wicket was never going to be competitive. David Groves took five wickets and Ian Clarke completed a hat trick of catches; the fielding was good.
Openers Chris Staight (44 not out) and skipper Graham Rees (37 not out) gave us a master class in disciplined, attractive batting and we overtook the Molesey score after less than 20 overs.
